Forget to Remember--Book Review

I have been busy reading during this cold weather and I found this book to be very enjoyable.  It was written by Alan Cook and is the first of three in the Carol Golden series.

Forget to Remember by Alan Cook

This book is very well written and has a very interesting plot.  Carol was found beaten almost to death and now has no memory of who she is or what happened to her.  She gives herself the name of Carol just because she likes it and begins on her trek to discover who she is.  From California to North Carolina to London to Scotland and back again she follows clue after clue and finds two possibilities for her identity.  More attempts on her life leads her to consider hiding and giving up her search but she continues on with the help of a friend.  Each twist and turn pulls you deeper into the life of Carol Golden.  Who is she and why is someone determined to kill her?

As the plot thickens, the level of interest and intrigue makes this story difficult to put down.  Mr Cook did a marvelous job developing characters you want to get to know.  This was very enjoyable to read.

Until next time....
